Recruiting Coordinators

We are currently seeking Recruiting Coordinators, with experience in education recruiting, training product sales or telemarketing. CCEI has pioneered teacher training through its’ online delivery, state of the art learning management system and industry leading certificate and training programs including college credit options. CCEI is seeking candidates for this position in Duluth, GA., a suburb in North Atlanta.
  
Summary:
In this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

The candidate will work to meet monthly enrollment targets for CCEI Course of Study programs. This position will make outbound phone calls to an assigned list of child care centers and targets to generate enrollment leads and follow-up on these leads. The candidate will be expected to take a lead inquiry all the way through to enrollment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Call for new business
  • Enroll Students in course of study programs
  • Complete necessary enrollment paperwork
  • Sales Administration as needed
  • Maintain reporting as required
  • Track performance via the CRM

Requirements:
Outstanding phone and time management skills are required. Candidate must be well organized and have an outstanding attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate will focus on specific quantifiable goals for achievement and possess a high standard of personal ethics. 

Candidate must be knowledgeable in sales techniques and have had previous sales experience.

Experience in educational recruitment is beneficial. A demonstrated ability to generate leads via phone and good closing skills are also required.

Experience with Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. Applicant must be proficient in learning new technology including internet based applications. 
A candidate fluent in Spanish is preferred.
